  • Call for Entries - Salon 13

PSC is delighted to be on board as a prize sponsor in this year's CCP Salon 13 presented by Leica and Ilford.
The CCP and PSC have developed a great ongoing relationship through previous partnerships, our numerous student visitors to the centre and we look forward to taking this further.

CCP Salon is Australia's largest open-entry photography and video competition. This annual exhibition presents an excellent opportunity for emerging and established photo-based artists to exhibit work in a professional, high profile context.

Celebrating the latest developments in photomedia with artwork by artists from across Australia, entries can include analogue and digital photography, DVD/film/video and 3D works.

With $20,000 worth of prizes to be won from photographic industry leaders, CCP Salon offers 23 prize categories this year. The major prize is awarded by Leica and Ilford for Excellence in Photomedia and is valued at $5000. Other prize categories include: Best Use of Light, Best Fashion Image, Best Moving Image, Most Humorous Image, Best Animal Image and Most Critically Engaged Photograph.

Open to all ccp_australia followers is the CCP Salon Instagram competition for Best Black and White Instagram. To enter, upload your image with the tag #ccpsalon2013. The lucky winner will receive a CCP show bag with a total value of $200.
