Psc’s coordinator of digital programs Craig Shell, likes an adventure of a different kind; Snowboarding in Japan.  This footage is from his most recent annual trip to what snowboarders and skiers call the Land of Powder. The northern island of Hokkaido has some of the best powder snow the world has to offer with an average of 11 metres of snow per year, low crowds, great food, and the delightful cultural experiences of the Japanese people.

Using a Drift Innovation sports camera, mounted on a custom made pole, also known as “polecam”, Craig has experimented with exploring differing camera angles to show snowboarding in a different light. Music for the video, "Uncertainty" by Steve Kilbey and GB3, was supplied and endorsed by Steve Kilbey, one of Australia’s best song writers and front man to the band, The Church.
