Friday 29 August – Sunday 7 September

Presented by the Photography Studies College (Melbourne) and Southgate

Part of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week

In this unique photographic exhibition, PSC students have collaborated with Nixi Killick to create striking new images of her work in an urban inner city environment. Final year commercial major students Jessica Anderson, Eric Trinh, Kylie Thomson and Vesna Obradovic combined their photography, video and make up skills resulting in a vibrant series of images which will feature in the exhibition.

'It was great to get hands on experience with a high profile designer,' said Kylie who sourced the location and took location stills and behind the scenes video footage. 'We worked well as a team and had a lot of fun!'

Eric described his previous experiences in fashion photography as 'neutral' or 'subtle' and was grateful for the opportunity to work on such a distinctive and bright shoot. All four students are looking forward to seeing the final work in the exhibition.
