Meet British-Malaysian award-winning photographer Ian Teh at our upcoming Image Makers Webinar! His work as a photojournalist has taken him to the farthest reaches of the globe.

Some of his latest images were taken for National Geographic with scientists, in search of the southernmost tree on earth – on Cape Horn Island, near the tip of South America.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Ian’s work personifies his concern for social, environmental and political issues.
 
Ian has received several honours, in 2018 he was awarded a travel grant from the
Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting
and presented his work on climate change at the prestigious 2018 National Geographic Photography Seminar.

He has published three monographs and his work is part of the permanent collection at the LACMA Los Angeles County Museum of Art, LACMA, The Museum of Fine Arts, Houston (MFAH and Hood Museum of Art in the USA.
