STUDENT COMMENT: This is the first image of a sequence of photos that is part of a children‘s book idea “Who stole the cupcakes from the jar?” My aim was to attract children’s curiosity with the use of bright colours and involve the reader in a game whereby children must look for the cupcakes.

I enjoyed exploring the world of colour, using available window light, hand-made reflectors and secondary light to achieve vivid, bright colours.

Starting my second year at PSC, I have found that I still love colours and look forward to exploring them further in my images.
