We are pleased to invite the PSC community and members of the public to join us for the fourth event in our Image Makers Series.

During June and July 2014 , Hoda Afshar Teacher, Michael Coyne Senior Fellow and Jim Davidson Governing Council Chair were in Iran as part of their individual photographic practice and Photography Studies College's international engagement strategy.
Hoda Afshar is a practising Artist, Researcher and Teacher at PSC who has both studied and worked in Iran and has an interest in strategies of representation in the contemporary social context.
Michael Coyne has worked as a photographer for over 30 years and has been featured in a number of exhibitions around the world and published in a number of prestigious magazines. He is currently working on a project investigating the impact of globalisation on villages across the globe.
Jim Davidson is a Senior Fellow in tertiary education management and leadership at Melbourne University's L H Martin Institute who oversaw Australia's international education strategy and is a part time student at PSC.
In a mix of images, presentation and discussion each will give their unique insights into contemporary Iran. They will reflect on their recent photographic experience in Iran, its place in their current professional practice and its impact on PSC's educational programs.
